1. Agreement to Terms

RadioFixTech is operated by SPIDERVELLA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Bangalore, India.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on RadioFixTech's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Our radio repair services are provided on an as-is basis. When you submit a device for repair:

• You acknowledge ownership or authorization to repair the device
• We will perform a diagnostic assessment
• A detailed estimate will be provided before work begins
• You must authorize repairs in writing before we proceed
• Repairs are completed at our facility unless otherwise arranged
• You agree to pick up or arrange delivery within 30 days of completion

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for services is provided in written estimates only. Terms include:

• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of diagnostic
• Payment is due upon completion of repairs unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash and digital payment methods
• Prices may vary based on parts availability and complexity
• Additional charges may apply if issues are discovered during repair
• We will contact you before incurring charges beyond the estimate

5. Warranty

All repairs are provided with the following warranty:

• Standard repairs: 3 months warranty on parts and labor
• Premium restorations: 6 months warranty on parts and labor
• Warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts we replaced
• Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
• To claim warranty service, contact us within the warranty period

Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee that repaired devices will function perfectly forever. All electronic devices are subject to wear and aging.

6. Limitation of Liability

RadioFixTech and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Use of or inability to use our services
• Loss of data or information during repair
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Delays in service completion
• Defects that were not apparent during diagnostic

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Abandoned Devices

Devices not claimed within 30 days of completion notice will be considered abandoned. After 30 days:

• We may dispose of the device as we see fit
• You will forfeit any claim to the device
• You remain responsible for payment of all charges

We will attempt to contact you before disposing of any device. If you cannot be reached, we will document our efforts.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE MATERIALS ON RADIOFIXTECH'S WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". RADIOFIXTECH MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND NEGATES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER VIOLATION OF RIGHTS.

9. Limitations

In no event shall RadioFixTech or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on RadioFixTech's website, even if RadioFixTech or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The materials appearing on RadioFixTech's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors.
