Do you charge for diagnostics?
Diagnostics are free when you authorize repairs. If you only want a standalone diagnostic report, the cost is ₹500. This fee is waived if you proceed with repairs.
Can you repair radios that have already been serviced?
Yes! We can diagnose issues with previously repaired radios and fix any problems. We'll provide a thorough assessment and honest recommendations.
What warranty do you provide?
All repairs come with a warranty - 3 months for standard repairs and 6 months for premium restorations. This covers the parts we replaced and our workmanship.
How should I transport my radio to your workshop?
Pack your radio carefully in a sturdy box with padding. We can also arrange pickup and delivery in Bangalore for convenient service. Contact us to discuss options.
Do you use original parts?
We use a combination of original/NOS (New Old Stock) parts when available and quality modern replacements that meet or exceed original specifications. We always discuss component choices with you.
