Our refund and return policy for RadioFixTech services

1. Refund Policy Overview
RadioFixTech is committed to customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both customers and our business. We offer refunds under specific circumstances as outlined below.
All repair work is completed according to the authorized estimate and customer specifications. This policy applies to services provided by SPIDERVELLA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.
2. Diagnostic Refunds
If you choose a standalone diagnostic service (₹500):
- Full refund is provided if we cannot complete the diagnostic
- Refund is not provided after diagnostic is complete, even if you choose not to proceed with repairs
- The diagnostic fee is waived if you authorize repairs with us
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
3. Repair Service Refunds
Refunds for repair services are generally not available once work has commenced, except under the following circumstances:
Eligible for Refund:
- Work Not Started: If you cancel before work begins, you receive a full refund
- Service Failure: If the repair cannot be completed as promised and the device cannot be restored to working condition, you may request a refund
- Estimate Exceeded: If repair costs exceed the estimate by more than 15% and you did not authorize the additional work, you may cancel and receive a refund for unauthorized work
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Work that has been completed successfully
- Parts that have been ordered or installed
- Labor charges for work performed
- Services completed according to your authorized specifications
- Diagnostic work (except standalone diagnostics as noted above)
4. Device Damage Claims
In the unlikely event that we damage your device during repair:
- We will assess the damage and provide you with options
- We will attempt to repair the damage at no additional cost
- If repair is not possible, we will negotiate appropriate compensation
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of pickup
- Liability is limited to the value of the device as assessed before repair
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 5 business days of the repair completion or service issue
- Provide your repair reference number and detailed explanation
- Submit the device (if applicable) for our inspection
- We will review your request and respond within 7 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a repair service under these conditions:
- Before Work Begins: Full refund of any deposits or payments made
- During Repair: You forfeit the diagnostic fee and pay for any parts already ordered
- After Completion: No cancellation allowed; full payment is due
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
7. Partial Repairs
If you authorize a repair and we identify additional issues:
- We will inform you of the additional issues
- An updated estimate will be provided
- We will wait for your authorization before proceeding
- You may choose to proceed with only the authorized repairs
- The device will be returned with only the authorized work completed
8. Payment Methods for Refunds
Refunds are processed using the same method as the original payment:
- Cash payments: Refund in cash at our location
- Digital payments: Refund to the original account within 5-7 business days
- Bank transfers: Refund to your registered bank account
9. Warranty vs. Refund
All repairs include a warranty. Under warranty, we will repair or replace covered items at no additional cost. Refunds are different from warranty claims:
- Warranty: Free repair or replacement of defective work within warranty period
- Refund: Return of payment for services not rendered or rendered incorrectly
- You may choose warranty service or refund for eligible failures, but not both
10. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Parts installed and working correctly
- Diagnostic assessments after completion
- Labor for work completed per your authorization
- Shipping or delivery charges
- Services rendered as requested
11. Dispute Resolution
If you dispute a refund decision:
- Contact us in writing with your concerns
- We will review the case and respond within 10 business days
- We will work toward a fair resolution
- Disputes may be escalated to management for final review
